HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 03122013 - C.68RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #26-592-7 with Gemini Staffing, LLC, a limited liability company, in an amount not to exceed $225,000, to provide temporary dental assistant services at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers, for the period from February 1, 2013 through January 31, 2014. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% Enterprise Fund I. No rate increase. BACKGROUND: On July 24, 2012, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #26-592-6 with Gemini Staffing, LLC, for the period from February 1, 2012 through January 31, 2013, for the provision of temporary registered dental assistant services at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers to provide coverage during specified peak loads, temporary absences, or emergency situations. Approval of Contract #26-592-7 will allow the Contractor to continue providing services through January 31, 2014.
