(100% User Fees). FISCAL IMPACT: $375,000; $124,865 annually for three years. Funded by departmental user fee. Computer Associates, Inc. licenses include support and maintenance of related products. In accordance with Administrative Bulletin No 611.0, County Departments are required to get Board approval for single item purchases over $100,000. The County Administrator’s Office has reviewed this request and recommends approval. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Without these licenses and support, the County will be unable to operate its property tax, finance and law and justice Information systems. This will directly impact the County’s ability to operate and perform mandated functions. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: None
