HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 02262013 - C.10RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2013/105 accepting completion of private improvements for minor subdivision MS 05-00038, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Kensington area. (District I) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact to County Funds. The funds to be released are developer fees that have been held on deposit. BACKGROUND: The developer has completed the private improvements as required in the improvement plans and in conformance with the County Ordinance code, per the Subdivision Agreement. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The completion of improvements will not be accepted, the Subdivision Agreement will not be exonerated, and the billing account will not be liquidated and closed. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
