For Families Free of Violence, in an amount not to exceed $233,000 to provide services for the Encourage Arrest Policies and Enforcement of Protection Orders Project for the period January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2014. FISCAL IMPACT: $233,000: 100% Federal Department of Justice grant (CFDA 16.590), no County costs. BACKGROUND: The Zero Tolerance for Domestic Violence Initiative (ZTDVI) received funds from the Department of Justice, Office on Violence against Women, Community-Defined Solutions to Violence Against Women Project. The ZTDVI is engaging the Contractor to assist in carrying out activities consistent with the funding application.
