FISCAL IMPACT: None BACKGROUND: Head Start Performance Standard 1304.51(a) mandates that the Head Start grantee develop a plan for program operations; and, this plan be reviewed and approved by the Head Start governing body. The Board of Supervisors is Contra Costa County Head Start's governing body. This board order accepts the 2013 planning calendar for the Community Services Bureau, covering milestones for various Head Start and Community Action programs for the year. The planning calendar was approved by the Head Start Policy Council on September 29, 2012.
