HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 01152013 - C.08RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2013/35 accepting completion of private improvements for Road Acceptance RA 06-01215 (cross-reference subdivision SD 05-08950), for a project being developed by Avalon Bay Communities, Inc., as recommended by the Public Works Director, Contra Costa Centre area. (District IV) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact to County Funds. The funds to be released are developer fees that have been held on deposit. BACKGROUND: The developer, Avalon Bay Communities, Inc., has completed the private improvements per the Road Improvement Agreement, and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The completion of private improvements will not be accepted as complete. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
