1. Specify that the District Superintendent is the Filing Officer for the Conflict of Interest Code of the Acalanes
Union High School District.
2. Approve the Conflict of Interest Code for the Acalanes Union High School District as amended.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
BACKGROUND:
Acalanes Union High School District has amended its Conflict of Interest Code and has submitted the amended Code
to the Board for approval pursuant to Government Code sections 87306. A copy of the Acalanes Union High School
District’s action approving the Code is also attached. The Code has been amended to clarify that the District
Superintendent is the Filing Officer and that disclosure statements are public documents, to address filing obligations
for consultants, and to revise disclosure categories.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Acalanes Union High School District will not be in compliance with Government Code sections 87306.
