HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 01082013 - C.143RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #23–399–12 with Intratek Computer, Inc., a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $713,000, to provide technical assistance with regard to ergonomic hardware and software support services, for the period from January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by budgeted Enterprise Fund I. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On April 24, 2012, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #23–399–9 (as amended by Amendment Agreements #23-399-10 and #23-399-11) with Intratek Computer, Inc., for the period from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012, for the provision of ergonomic hardware and software support services and technical assistance with the Department’s LANDesk® software. Approval of Contract #23–399–12 will allow the Contractor to continue providing services through December 31, 2013.
