HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 01082013 - C.136RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #26-483-3 with Medicomp, Inc., a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $160,000, to provide cardiac monitoring services, for the period from December 1, 2012 through November 30, 2014. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise I Budget. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On February 2, 2010 the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #26-483-2 with Medicomp, Inc., for the period from December 1, 2009 through November 30, 2012, to provide pre-packaged kits and monitoring devices, computerized storage, analysis and interpretation for medical review of 24 hour and 30 day ambulatory cardiac monitoring. Approval of Contract #26-483-3 will allow the Contractor to continue providing services through November 30, 2014.
