The Board of Supervisors as the Governing Body of the Contra Costa County
Flood Control and Water Con'servation District ORDERS THAT the following Right
of Way Contract is APPROVED, and the following Easement is ACCEPTED:

The County Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to execute the above
Right of Way Contract on behalf of the District.
The County Auditor-Controller is AUTHORIZED to issue a check to the
payee in the amount specified to be forwarded to the County Real Property Division
for delivery.
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to have said easement recorded in
the Office of the County Recorder.
