HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 01082013 - C.125RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #23-391-9 with Laura Swafford, self-employed individual, effective November 1, 2012, to amend Contract #23-391-8, to increase the payment limit by $200,000, from $95,000 to a new payment limit of $295,000, with no change in the original term of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. FISCAL IMPACT: This amendment is funded 100% by Enterprise I Budget. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: In October 2012, County Administrator approved and Purchasing Services Manager executed Contract #23-391-8 with Laura Swafford for the period from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013, for the provision of consultation and technical assistance to the Department with regard to development of a strategic communications plan for the Epic Electronic Health Record System.
