SUBJECT: Issuing a Purchase Order to the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District
for the Relocation of Facilities on San Ramon Creek Bypass , Phase II ,
=Flood Control Zone 3B, Walnut Creek Area. Project No. 7520-6B8637-86
The Chief Engineer having recommended the issuance of a purchase order to
the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District for $460,000, which is the estimated
cost to relocate their facilities as part of the San Ramon Creek Bypass;
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED, as the governing body of the Contra Costa County
Flood Control and Water Conservation District, that the County Auditor/Controller
is AUTHORIZED to issue, a purchase order to the Central Contra Costa Sanitary
District in the amount of $460,000.
The payment for the work will be based on actual costs less allowances for
depreciation , salvage and betterments.
