Adopted this Order on September 9, 1986 by the following vote:

ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: Authorize the Public Works Director to Arrange for Refund of Deposits and
Fees to City of Orinda.
The City of Orinda having incorporated and the County Public Works Department no
longer acting as staff to the City, and the City having requested the transfer of all
unused portions of fees and deposits collected by the County for developments within
the City.
The Public Works Director having recommended that he be authorized to arrange for
the transfer of the above mentioned fees as follows:

The Public Works Director further recommends that he be authorized to arrange for
the release of the Certificate of Deposit (Auditor Deposit Permit No. 103282, dated
.January 21, 1986) in the amount of $71,600 for MS 62-85 by Lost Valley Associates to
the City of Orinda.
