HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12112012 - C.36RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Position Adjustment Resolution No. 21203 to increase the hours of (3) part-time Social Casework Specialist II positions (X0VB) (represented), vacant Position #4034 from part time (32/40) to full time, vacant Position #4746 from part time (28/40) to full time, and Position #10362 and incumbent from part time (20/40) to full time in the Employment & Human Services Department. FISCAL IMPACT: Upon approval, this action will increase the net county cost by $9,166 during the current year. The pension obligation will increase by $49,264. 45% Federal, 45% State, 10% County BACKGROUND: The hours for the above-referenced positions are being increased due to operational need and caseload demands. The increase in hours for each of these three (3) positions were approved through the 2012-2013 Budget Process.
