(No fiscal impact) FISCAL IMPACT: None BACKGROUND: The persons shown on the attachment document filed a declaration of candidacy for an elective office to be filled at the November 6, 2012 General Election and the filings did not exceed the number required to be elected. Therefore, pursuant to Elections Code 10515, these candidates are to be Appointed-in-Lieu of election and will serve as if elected. The term dates are as specified.
