Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract
Amendment Agreement #23-399-11 with Intratek Computer, Inc., a corporation, effective October 1, 2012, to amend
Contract #23-399-9 (as amended by Amendment Agreement #23-399-10), to increase the payment limit by
$250,000, from $463,000 to a new payment limit of $713,000, with no change in the original term of January 1, 2012
through December 31, 2012.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This amendment is funded 100% by budgeted Enterprise Fund I. (No rate increase)
BACKGROUND:
On April 24, 2012, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #23-399-9 (as amended by Amendment Agreement
#23-399-10) with Intratek Computer, Inc. for the period from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012, for the
provision of ergonomic hardware and software services and technical assistance with Department’s LANDesk®
software.
