HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 10232012 - C.47RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #23-403-3 with Robert Half International, Inc., a corporation, effective August 20, 2012, to amend Contract #23-403-1 (as amended by Amendment/Extension Agreement #23-403-2), to increase the payment limit by $750,000, from $1,250,000 to a new payment limit of $2,000,000, with no change in the original term of July 1, 2011 through December 31, 2012. FISCAL IMPACT: This amendment is funded 100% by the Medicare & Medicaid Electronic Health Records (EHR) Incentive Program of the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
