APPROVE Appropriations Adjustment No. 5025 authorizing the transfer of appropriations in the amount of $96,814
from Contingency Appropriations-General (0990) to County Administrator (0003) to fund the fiscal year 2012/13
costs of the Citizen Document Access Solution in the Clerk of the Board's Office.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This action transfers budgeted, General Fund appropriations of $96,814 to the County Administrator for fiscal year
2012/13 costs associated with the Citizen Document Access Solution in the Clerk of the Board's Office.
BACKGROUND:
This proposed appropriations adjustment provides funding for the related (on this agenda) proposed contract with
Granicus, Inc. to implement information system technology at the Clerk of the Board, intended to increase public
access to agendas, minutes, and supporting documents associated with the public meetings of all the County's boards,
commissions, and advisory bodies.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If not approved, there would not be funds appropriated to enable the County to execute the contract.
