ADOPT Resolution No. 2012/450 approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a
portion of Jackson Way and the north bound lanes of Danville Boulevard between Orchard Lane and Jackson Way,
on December 2, 2012 from 4:30 P.M. through 6:30 P.M., for the purpose of an Annual Alamo Tree Lighting
Ceremony, Alamo area. (District II)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
Not applicable.
