HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 10162012 - C.88RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #23-489-3 with Tango2, Inc, a corporation, effective September 1, 2012, to amend Contract #23-489 (as amended by Amendment Agreements #23-489-1 and #23-489-2), to increase the payment limit by $1,000,000, from $2,640,000 to a new payment limit of $3,640,000, with no change in the original term of June 1, 2011 through May 31, 2013. FISCAL IMPACT: This Amendment is funded 100% by Medicare & Medicaid Electronic Health Records (EHR) Incentive Program of the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA). CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this amendment is not approved, funding will not be available for Contractor to complete the additional services required for Epic deployment.
