AUTHORIZE the County Administrator or his designee to sign an Advertiser Agreement with CBS Outdoor Group,
Inc. (CBS Outdoor) for the use of twelve (12) bus shelters by CCTV for 30 days in 2012.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No Fiscal Impact.
BACKGROUND:
As part of a License Agreement between the County and CBS Outdoor, effective July 13, 2010, CBS Outdoor agreed
to provide, at no cost, 12 spaces per year for one month to allow County departments to post advertisements about
their programs or services.
CCTV has been granted the use of the twelve spaces during October 2012 in order to advertise CCTV programming.
County Counsel has reviewed the attached agreement and inappropriate language was deleted with CBS Outdoors’s
approval.
The Advertiser Agreement must be executed each year the County takes advantage of the free spaces made available
by CBS Outdoor.
