Subject:Amend Contract with STAND! For Families Free of Violence for Domestic Violence Services
BACKGROUND: (CONT'D)
of California Welfare and Institutions Code section 18294.
The contract was mistakenly written as a fee basis contract. This amendment changes the contract from a fee basis to
a cost basis contract.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Contractor will have difficulty receiving payment for services provided under this agreement.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
This contract supports two of the community outcomes established in the Children's Report Card, 4) "Families that
are Safe, Stable and Nurturing" and 5) "Communities that are Safe and Provide a High Quality of Life for Children
and Families". Expected program outcomes include a safe environment where victims of abuse can receive
appropriate support and follow-up services.
