APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Employment and Human Services Interim Director, or designee, to execute a
contract amendment with Larry Digman, a self-employed individual, to increase the payment limit by $81,600 to a
new payment limit of $326,400 for data warehouse analyst services, and extend the term from September 30, 2012 to
March 31, 2013,
FISCAL IMPACT:
$326,400 Administrative Overhead (10% County, 45% State, 45% Federal)
BACKGROUND:
Mr. Digman was selected through the competitive open bid process. He is responsible for assisting in the operation of
a data warehouse that includes data from multiple systems, such as, the California Works Information Network
(CalWIN). He will analyze, match, and validate data to create reports to support program compliance, business
operations, and decision-making.
This board order seeks to extend the contract term to allow for the Request of Proposal (RFP) process without
interruption in services.
