APPROVE Appropriation and Revenue Adjustment No. 5005 authorizing additional revenue in the amount of
$21,824 from accumulated depreciation and estimated salvage value, to replace one Non-ISF police patrol vehicle for
the Office of the Sheriff P District.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The replacement will be 100% funded by fund 265300, Serv Area P-2 Zone A.
BACKGROUND:
Office of The Sheriff, P-2 Zone A, is in need of replacing one 2000 Ford Crown Victoria that has exceeded its useful
life. This equipment meets the guidelines for replacement with a current meter reading of 101,697 miles and has been
fully depreciated.
The replacement will be purchased using the accumulated depreciation and estimated salvage. All additional funding
to be provided by the Office of the Sheriff.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If this action is not approved, the district will not have the funding to replace the needed equipment to provide
service.
