APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Director of Child Support Services, or designee, to execute a contract amendment
with Integrated Information Systems, Inc., effective July 1, 2012 to increase the payment limit by $48,145 to a new
payment limit not to exceed $147,325 for licensing and warranties for the TurboCourt application with no change to
the term of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This project will be fully funded by allocations from the Federal Government at 66% and State of California at 34%.
There is no cost to the County.
BACKGROUND:
The Department of Child Support Services utilizes TurboCourt, a web-based system for customers to apply for child
support services. The webpage allows our customers to access our services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This
amendment will provide licensing to use the TurboCourt system, warranties relating to the software and website, and
system functionality andabvailability, ensuring the child support customers are receiving current information and the
department is using current forms.
