HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 08212012 - C.44RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #74-108-38(6) with The Child Therapy Institute of Marin, a non-profit corporation, in an amount not to exceed $200,000, to provide Medi-Cal specialty mental health services, for the period from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2014. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Medi-Cal Funds offset 50% State and 50% Federal. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: In October 2010, the Contract Administrator approved and the Purchasing Services Manager executed Contract #74-108-38(4) [as amended by Contract Amendment Agreement #74-108-38(5)] with The Child Therapy Institute of Marin for the period from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2012, to provide Medi-Cal specialty mental health services. Approval of Contract #74-108-38(6) will allow the Contractor to continue to provide Medi-Cal specialty mental health services through June 30, 2014.
