HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 08212012 - C.10RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2012/357 accepting completion of landscape improvements for Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) for Subdivision SD 99-08381, a project developed by Shapell Homes, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Danville area. (District II) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact to the County General Fund. The funds to be released are developer fees that have been held on deposit. BACKGROUND: The developer has completed the improvements per the Subdivision Agreement, and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The improvements will not be accepted as complete, the Agreement and performance/maintenance surety bond will not be exonerated, and the billing account will not be liquidated and closed. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: None.
