ADOPT Resolution No. 2012/351 accepting as complete the contracted work performed by Robert A. Bothman, Inc.,
for the Iron Horse Trail Pedestrian Overcrossing project, Project No. 0662-6R4078-05, as recommended by the
Public Works Director.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The project construction was funded by 47.0% Redevelopment funds, 19.3% MTC HIP CMAQ funds, 11.6% RBPP
CMAQ funds, 10.6% Measure C funds, 5.8% TLC CMAQ funds, 3.8% TEA 21 CMAQ funds, and 1.9% TLC
STIP-TE funds.
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special
provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of July 27, 2012.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The contractor will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
