HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07242012 - C.78RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute a purchase change order on behalf of the Chief Information Officer, with AT&T Global Services increasing the payment limit by $75,000 to a new total not to exceed $353,389 for the procurement of upgrade of audio and video equipment at 30 Muir Road, Martinez. FISCAL IMPACT: $353,388.94; 100% Land Development Fund. BACKGROUND: The complex has been re-used and remodeled for occupancy by the Department of Conservation and Development (DCD) as a means to support the consolidation of four DCD office sites in order to further the streamlining of municipal services directed by the Board with the merger of the Building Inspection (BI) and Community Development (CDD) departments.
