HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07242012 - C.15RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2012/321 accepting completion of warranty period and release of cash deposit for faithful performance, Drainage Improvement Agreement DG 02-00018 (cross-reference subdivision SD 95-07976), for a project being developed by Windemere BLC Land Company, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II) FISCAL IMPACT: 100% developer fees. BACKGROUND: The drainage improvements have met the guarantee performance standards for the warranty period following completion and acceptance of the improvements. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The developer will not receive a refund of the cash deposit, the Drainage Improvement Agreement and performance/maintenance surety bond will not be exonerated, and the billing account will not be liquidated and closed. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
