HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07242012 - C.12RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2012/318 accepting completion of landscape improvements for Drainage Improvement Agreement DG 00-00006 (cross-reference subdivision SD 95-07976), for project being developed by Windemere BLC Land Company, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II) FISCAL IMPACT: 100 % developer fees BACKGROUND: The developer, Windemere BLC Land Company, LLC, has completed the Drainage improvements as required in the improvement plans and in conformance with the County Ordinance Code, per the Drainage Improvement Agreement. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The drainage improvements will not be accepted as complete, the Drainage Improvement Agreement and performance/maintenance surety bond will not be exonerated, and the billing account will not be liquidated and closed. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
