(100% General Funds) BACKGROUND: This office has served as the office for the District 1 Supervisor since 1999. The office improvements were built specifically for the District 1 Supervisor. The space continues to meet the requirements of the Supervisor’s office. No County-owned facilities in West County were identified that would accommodate an office for the District 1 Supervisor. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If the Lease Amendment is not approved, office space will have to be found elsewhere for the District 1 Supervisor’s office, likely at a greater expense.
