HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06262012 - C.94RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute a three-year Interagency Agreement with the Bethel Island Municipal Improvement District, in the amount of $49,500, to assist the County Watershed Program with implementation of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System requirements on Bethel Island, for the period beginning July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2015, Bethel Island area. FISCAL IMPACT: This project is funded by Unincorporated County Stormwater Utility Assessment (SUA 17, Fund 251700) revenue (100%) for $49,500. BACKGROUND: This Interagency Agreement is needed to assist the staff of the Public Works Department with implementation of the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board requirements for the Contra Costa County Municipal National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit for Bethel Island.
