Administrator - Exempt (J3V2) (unrepresented) at salary level B85 1354 ($3,970.884 -$4826.636); and add one (1)
Executive Assistant I To The County Administrator - Exempt (J3V2) (unrepresented) position in the office of the
County Administrator/Clerk of the Board.
INTRODUCE Ordinance No. 2012-08 to establish the class of Executive Assistant I To The County Administrator -
Exempt in the County Administrator's office, waive reading, and fix July 24, 2012 for adoption.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The projected cost of the position is estimated to total $82,436 annually (100% General Fund). Estimated pension
costs of $15,168 are included in this total.

BACKGROUND: (CONT'D)
to the County Administrator position, will prepare the weekly agenda and packet of materials for meetings of the
Board of Supervisors and other County legislative bodies, coordinate and compiles the agenda support
documentation electronically in the Agenda Quick system for distribution to the Board Members and County
department staff, and performs other related work as required.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Potential delay in preparation of the weekly board agenda and materials packet.
