HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06262012 - C.12RECOMMENDATION(S): ACCEPT completion of improvements for Subdivision Agreement 07-09189 and Declare Inglewood Street and El Rincon Road as county roads, for project being developed by Habitat for Humanity East Bay, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Bay Point area. FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact to County funds. The funds to be released are developer fees that have been held on deposit. BACKGROUND: The developer completed the road and improvements as required in the improvement plans and in conformance with the County Ordinance Code, per the Subdivision Agreement. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The road and improvements will not be accepted as complete, the six-month lien period for filing liens (labor and materials) and warranty period will not begin. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
