Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract
Extension Agreement #72–025-1 with Resource Development Associates, Inc., a corporation, effective May 31,
2012, to amend Contract #72-025, with no change in the original payment limit of $185,000, to extend the term from
May 31, 2012 through August 31, 2012.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This amendment is funded 81% by a Blue Cross grant and 19% by budgeted County general funds. No rate increase.
BACKGROUND:
On August 2, 2011, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #72–025 with Resource Development Associates,
Inc., to provide consultation and technical assistance with regard to program assessments and planning, including an
evaluation of County’s Pilot Health Integration, and grant writing services, for the period from June 1, 2011 through
May 31, 2012.
