HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06052012 - C.22RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2012/253 accepting completion of improvements and completion of warranty period for the Marsh Creek Fish Passage Improvement Project developed by American Rivers, Inc., a nonprofit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the District of Columbia, as recommended by the Chief Engineer, Flood Control and Water Conservation District, Brentwood area. (100% Flood Control Zone 1 Funds) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: American Rivers has completed the improvements in accordance with the Funding Agreement for the Marsh Creek Fish Passage Improvement Project and in accordance with the Flood Control Permit 609-10. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The completion of improvements will not be accepted and the surety bond will not be exonerated. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
