HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07102012 - C.79RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #23-324-13 with Toyon Associates, Inc., a corporation, effective June 1, 2012, to amend Contract #23-324-12, to increase the total Contract Payment Limit by $125,000, from $250,000 to a new total payment limit of $375,000, with no change in the original term of January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2013. FISCAL IMPACT: This amendment is funded 100% by Enterprise I funds. No rate increase. BACKGROUND: On February 14, 2012, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #23-324-12 with Toyon Associates, Inc., to provide consultation and technical assistance with regard to healthcare financial issues, including technical research and advice, for the period from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2013. Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #23-324-13 will allow Contractor to provide additional services through December 31, 2013.
