ADOPT Resolution No. 2012/234 to amend the establishing and governing resolution of the Rodeo Municipal
Advisory Council (RMAC) to assign the membership selection responsibility to the District V Supervisor.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact to the County associated with this action.
BACKGROUND:
Effective September 9, 2011, the Board of Supervisors approved new supervisorial district boundaries. This action
resulted in the Rodeo Municipal Advisory Council (RMAC) moving from District II to District V.
Item 3. of the establishing resolution currently states that the District II Supervisor is responsible for nominating the
members of the RMAC. Resolution 2012/234 corrects Item 3. to assign that responsibility to the District V
Supervisor.
