Twa, County Administrator and Clerk of the Board of Supervisors By: June McHuen, Deputy cc: RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Employment and Human Services Interim Director to submit a rate change request to the State of California to adjust In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority provider wages from $11.50 to $11.48 per hour, effective July 1, 2012.
