HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05222012 - C.53RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent to execute a change to the District Attorney's purchase order with SourceCorp/Deliverex to increase the payment limit by $168,500 for fiscal year 2012/13 to a new multi-year payment limit of $488,500 for continuing file storage and shredding services. FISCAL IMPACT: 100% County General Fund, District Attorney budget. BACKGROUND: Since 2006, the District Attorney's office has been utilizing the County's contract with SourceCorp Deliverex for offsite storage and retrieval of files. This extension/amendment of our Purchase Order under that contract allows the District Attorney to continue to utilize this essential business service.
