ACCEPT the resignation of Nancy Dommes from the Appointee 2 Seat of the County Service Area P-2B Citizens
Advisory Committee effective immediately; DECLARE a vacancy on the County Service Area P-2B Citizens
Advisory Committee; and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by Supervisor
Uilkema.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
BACKGROUND:
Established on November 18, 1969, by Board Resolution 69/765, the purpose of the County Service Area P-2B
Citizens Advisory Committee is to advise the Board of Supervisors and the Sheriff's Department on the needs of the
Alamo/Danville community for extended police services which shall include, but not be limited to, enforcement of
the State Vehicle Code, crime prevention, and litter control.

Ms. Dommes has submitted her resignation, effective immediately.

The seat will remain filled without the benefit of the appointee attending meetings.
