HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05152012 - C.63RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent to execute, on behalf of the Office of the Sheriff - Patrol Division, a change to a purchase order with Adamson Police Products to extend the term through March 31, 2013 and increase the payment limit by $100,000 to a new payment limit of $484,000, for the purchase of miscellaneous police supplies. FISCAL IMPACT: 100% County General Fund; Budgeted. BACKGROUND: Adamson Police Products has a long history of providing quality products as well as exceptional customer service to the Office of the Sheriff. The addition of funds and extension of the contract period to this purchase order will enable the Sheriff's Office - Patrol Division to continue purchases of critical basic essentials necessary to perform their Law Enforcement duties.
