HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05152012 - C.50RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #26-327-28 with On Assignment Staffing Services, Inc., a corporation, effective December 1, 2011, to modify the rate schedule to add additional temporary help classifications, with no change in the original payment limit of $6,309,600 and no change in the original term of June 1, 2011 through May 31, 2012. FISCAL IMPACT: This Amendment is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. No change to original Payment Limit. No Rate increase. Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #26-327-28 will allow the Contractor to provide additional temporary help services including health education and training specialists and medical records supervisors at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers, through May 31, 2012. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this Amendment is not approved, Contra Costa Regional Medical and Contra Costa Health Centers will not be able to use the Contractor for temporary coverage of health education and training specialists and medical records supervisors, to cover specified peak loads, temporary absences, or emergency situations.
