HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05152012 - C.08RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2012/204 accepting Offer of Dedication for Drainage Purposes, for Subdivision 92-07679, for a project developed by Centex Real Estate Corporation a Nevada Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Discovery Bay area. (District III) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: The developer, Centex Real Estate Corporation, dedicated Parcel A (APN 011-291-065) to the County of Contra Costa for public use for storm, flood, and surface water drainage. The Kellogg Creek Bypass, Drainage Area improvements (DA109) traverses said parcel. In order for Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District to maintain the improvements, the Board of Supervisors must accept the Offer of Dedication.
