HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07122011 - C.79RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and Authorize the Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the Health Services Department, to execute a Purchase Order with Complete Imaging in an amount not to exceed $700,000 for copier supplies and repairs throughout the Health Services Department, for the period from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. FISCAL IMPACT: 100% Enterprise Fund I. BACKGROUND: Complete Imaging has been providing supplies and repairing the County’s copier machines and other equipment for the past 10 years. Departments with repair needs call the vendor, who comes immediately to the location to repair the machine. Complete Imaging also sells printer cartridges at a lower rate than other vendors. It is essential that the Department’s copier machines are kept operating and that new cartridges be available at a competitive price when needed.
