Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract
#74–442 with Daniel Yahya, M.D., a self-employed individual, in an amount not to exceed $274,400 to provide
professional outpatient psychiatric services, for the period from May 1, 2012 through April 30, 2013.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This Contract is funded 100% by Mental Health Realignment, offset by third-party billing.
BACKGROUND:
For a number of years the County has contracted with Medical, Dental and Mental Health Specialists to provide
specialized professional services, which are not otherwise available.
Under Contract #74-442, Contractor will provide professional outpatient psychiatric services to mentally ill adults in
West County areas, through April 30, 2013.
