ADOPT Resolution No. 2012/127 approving the fourth extension of the Subdivision
Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping), for Subdivision SD 05-09023, for project being
developed by Windemere BLC Land Company, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works
Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No Fiscal Impact.
BACKGROUND:
The Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) needs to be renewed as the
improvements are not completed yet. (Approximately 95% of the work has been completed
to date.) The developer has requested additional time to complete improvements. Granting
an extension gives the developer an additional year to complete the improvements and
keeps the bonding current.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) will not be renewed if the
