Diablo Adult Education FISCAL IMPACT: $112,965: 100% CalWORks Single Allocation funds BACKGROUND: Contracts will be issued to Mt. Diablo Adult Education to provide outreach and training to CalWORKs clients. Mt. Diablo Adult Education requires mutual indemnificaiton. Therefore, this Board Order serves to receive board approval for these contracts to be written with mutual indemnification clauses. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Employment and Human Services Department will be unable to provide these services to CalWORKs clients. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: None
