BACKGROUND:
A Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement is required by
the conditions of approval for SD 07-09189. This agreement will ensure the operation and
maintenance of the stormwater facilities in accordance with the approved Stormwater
Control Plan and approved Operation and Maintenance Plan for this development.
